Romaine and carrot salad with ginger lime dressing

Salad: 
1 head sliced romaine lettuce

1/4 head sliced cabbage 

1 julienned carrot 

1/2 bunch loosely minced cilantro 

2 diced green onions 

1 diced Persian cucumber 

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

Dressing:

2″ grated piece of ginger

2 freshly squeezed lime juice 

1 TB sesame seeds

Squeeze grated ginger into small bowl. Pour lime juice and sesame into bowl with ginger and mix.

Serve over salad and enjoy!
