Cube one package of tofu
1/2 tube of soyrizo
2 cups of diced spinach
Sauté cubed tofu in pan until browned. Add soyrizo to tofu and mix together. Once blended, pour diced spinach into pan and cook until at desired consistency.
I didn’t find a need to add oil and/or seasoning.
