Carmen is such an amazing coach and all-around human being. I have scarcely met anyone more dedicated to making right choices in her marriage, in raising her kids, and especially in health and fitness. She is a shining light for Christ. When I was going through a devastsating period of my life, I bumped into Carmen at a restaurant. I told her what was going on and she invited me to her table to talk. She cried with me and then lifted me up in prayer. She is such a genuine person and the love she showed me in that moment left a giant impression. We have been friends ever since. I joined her accountability over two years ago and I have never been in better shape than I am now. Carmen has heightened my awareness of all the health choices I make. She and the wonderful women in the group are hugely supportive and encouraging. They inspire me every day. My overall motivation to live my best life has increased since I joined the group and Carmen has so much to do with that.
I love Carmen! She’s my go to for inspiration and motivation to improve the health of my family and myself. Her energy and joy just radiates and makes me feel happy.
My friendship with Carmen was cemented during the most devastating time of my life. I was in the trenches and I happened to bump into her at a restaurant. When she learned of what I was going through, she immediately invited me to join her and her friend at their table. She listened to my story, cried with me, and lifted up a powerful prayer on my behalf. Ever since then, she has been tremendously encouraging to me. I joined Carmen’s fitness accountability group just over two years ago and it has helped me to live my best life. I have never met a woman so dedicated to making right choices for her marriage, her kids, and her health. She is a shining light for Christ. Carmen and the other strong women in our group have offered unparalleled motivation and inspiration. I am a better person for having joined the group and it wouldn’t be the same without Carmen’s stellar leadership. She’s an all-star. ☺️💗
